Entry Procedure For All Vendors!!!
INCORRECT/INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
DEADLINE TO SUBMIT APPLICATION IS JUNE 15, 2009 (applications may be accepted after
date but an additional fee of $20 for craft vendors and $2 per foot for food vendors.

Checks returned for any reason will be subject to a $30.00 handling fee and must be
replaced with a money order.

Show Rules
Vendors must comply with all “Show Rules”. Should the committee deem your products
unacceptable, you will be asked to remove selected items or an entire exhibit at the
committee’s discretion.
Participants must provide their own awnings, tents, tables, chairs, easels, signs, and all
other items needed for their display and must assume responsibility for monitoring said
displays.
The show management cannot accept responsibility or liability for loss or damage to the
exhibitor’s property at any time during the show.
Spaces are not guaranteed from year to year and space changes will not be allowed. No
illegal substances or alcohol are allowed. There will be no refund or rain checks due to
weather. Acceptance to the show constitutes agreement with exhibitor requirements as set
forth in this prospectus. The Point Pleasant Sternwheel Regatta and/or its members are not
responsible for damage or theft during the show. Show hours will be from 5:00 pm – 10:30
pm on both Thursday and Friday. Saturday the parade starts at 11:00am and the festival will
end that night around 11:00pm.
PARTICIPANTS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR OTHER
HARM TO THEIR PERSON AND PROPERTY AT ALL TIMES, INCLUDING TRAVEL TO AND
FROM THE REGATTA, SETTING-UP AND TAKING DOWN, SHOW DAYS AND THE TIME
BETWEEN THEM. ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN
LIABILITY INSURANCE.
